Amedar lives with a "devil may care" attitude towards everything in general, and is passive about danger regardless of the severity.  He is reluctant to admit that his well-being is entirely attributed to his MSS partner, Hakshe, whom of which has saved his life on more than one horrible occasion, and continues to be the sole person with Amedar's health a priority.  Chain-smoking and being exposed to physical harm constantly, Amedar also has a lethal toxin in his system that progressively kills those who are infected - despite this, Amedar is completely immune to all poison, venom, and other toxic substances.  This benefits him greatly in that he can develop and collect various compounds and store them without being effected.  The vials of his most horrid collection are kept padded and strapped within his umbrella.

Strange fact: Hakshe is never called by his first name.  The red marks on his face are symbolic of a "Doctor of the Dead" in the Moor Region.
Info:
Hakshe is an exceptionally skilled doctor that once practiced in the northern edge of the Moors when he was younger.  The medics of the Region are greatly adored and often considered Clyr-sent individuals; Hakshe had been the most gifted in his village and those surrounding it, and eventually became both curer of plague and an even more-esteemed caretaker of the dead.  Hakshe developed a condition of vitiligo when he was in his 20s, and was beset by anxieties regarding his sense of identity, as he was unable to cure his own mutation.  Driven mad for a brief time, Hakshe was lured by an upper-class Death Doctor, and insidiously became a puppet to the Doctor's demands and horrendous "practices" on other human subjects... including convincing Hakshe into taking skin grafts to replace his own paling image.  Only years later were his original skills recognized again as he was initiated into the Midnight Sun Society; Hakshe's status in the organization is of the elite.
